Vendor Gate Access
As of March 5, a decal or a visitor pass in the Butterfly MX app (issued by the homeowner you are visiting) will be required to enter Bent Tree. or, you can call a homeowner at the gate podium to be admitted. Vendors interested in purchasing annual decals for $125 should contact the Gate Manager at bt2clickers@gmail.com.

Vendor Gate Access

After March 5, vendors can gain entry to Bent Tree by purchasing a vendor decal for $125/year. Otherwise, they must call the homeowner from the phone podium or get a visitor pass from a homeowner on the smartphone app. Contact BT2clickers@gmail.com to purchase an annual decal.

Dues Assessments

The 2026 assessment of $725 was due January 1. We allow a 30-day grace period that will be up this Saturday, January 31. Please make sure you pay your assessment as soon as possible.
As it can take several days for our bank to process the payments, we will count any payments that are processed by the close of business on Monday, February 9 as being paid on time. Any payments that are not processed by the close of business on Monday, February 9 will be considered late and a late penalty fee and interest starting as of February 1 will be assessed.
